Release form

Hi,

I'm going to start uploading lots of footage that we've shot over the years. How do I go about release form? I will be the one appearing in our videos, so will still need a release for myself, but is it possible to have one generic release form that can be applied to every clip? As filming was spread over years it will be impossible to say what date it was etc.
Also could anyone share a link where a can download release template on pond5? I can't find it for some reason.

Good question. I have the same problem.

I had to use google to find their form. No direct link I could see from contributor site: https://contributor.pond5.com/getting-started/model-property-releases/

It says shoot date is required. But on other sites I have found that I could say ongoing as the shoot date. Not really practical to list it when you are making clips constantly with the same model over many years. Will that work here?
