AE projects length tag

I think one of the important things that should be available on AE projects is the actual length of final output. I would assume that some potential buyers may look for 30 and 60 second (shell) exact projects for commercial work. But there is not a search able field for this data. Is this something that could be added or classified? Just a thought.

The length of an AE project is flexible. In many cases one could simply change the composition's length via Composition>Settings. In other cases, easier or harder, supplementary adjustments would be necessary.

Yes I understand that. But the point is to be able to have customers search based on time should they need a 30s or 15s spot. In other words - comps specifically made for that purpose. It is not always feasible or workable to simply speed up or slow down a comp when its original intention was not for this purpose.

It's not derived from the sample video?

I am talking about a search-able field. Nothing like having to go through a ton of projects to make sure you have something that fits your time criteria. This was an issue I had at another site a while back when we needed to find something that would fit into 30 seconds. It was a real pain to have to look at each and every vid to see that.

Maybe have an 'advanced search' button. With that you could also use some of the check boxes we click... like 'contains people: 1, 2, 3 4' and clip length '0-10s, 10-20s, type in your own range'.
I like the idea.
