Error: Failed to apply WEB format

When I edit a video and save it, the following message appears: "Error: Failed to apply WEB format". The second attempt to save the file is successful without having modified anything. Does anyone know what it means?

Now I'm getting it ... why?

Just hit SAVE then submit from the main page if need be.

It is an inconvenience, but this is a workaround.
