Hi,

Is there anyone uses csv method here? I have about 400 new footages, I uploaded all, and I tried csv just like this instructions, but the csv didn't work.

is there any example excel file here? I download an csv from my uploads" => "Apply CSV" => "video" (TAB) => "Download CSV" but it is not regular csv like the other sites.. it is so confusing..

By the way, my csv file works with other sites, (the ones that support csv), so no problem with my excel file.

if you ever submit your footages with csv in pond, please help..

by the way, I read the old entries in forum: especially this and this, and it didn't helped:

I also sent a message to support, I hope there is an easy way with it..

thanks

Ok, I solved the problem, and I submit all my footages without problem.

I know many sophisticated softwares like after effects, 3ds max, vue etc but I realised I don't know excel that much :) lol :)

The problem pond is not used regular csv of MS excel, at least I couldn't find how to do this:
Character set: Unicode (UTF-8)
Field delimeter: , <- Comma
Text delimeter: " <- The normal quotation mark

then I download open office, and it is done. so easily..
