PhotoJPG to HDV conversion

Hi there,

I've purchased a 1920x1080 abstract background MOV in PhotoJPG format.

I'm trying to convert it to HDV 1440x1080/50i so that I can use in existing Premiere Pro interlaced HDV projects.

The fine flowing diaginal lines appear a little jagged - not smooth like the original MOV.

What is the recommended method to cleanly downconvert? I have access to Quicktime Pro, Procoder 3 and Adobe CS3 suite.

Cheers! :)

Here is a tutorial : http://magazine.creativecow.net/article/interlacing-progressive-footage - and you will need to implement AE in your CS3 suite.

(Edit:) Or you can do what Jason suggests.. :)

Thanks vadman - I've checked out the tutorial but it's a little waffley for a non-AE expert but will work slowly through it tonight. Cheers.

Jason - thanks as well. I contacted P5 - they were very speedy to reply. Told me to "google it". Nice. :(
