ID verification takes forever

Hi guys,

So I signed up a couple weeks ago and submitted my ID immediately but it's still being processed. Is it normal? Should this take this long? I have a French ID but I don't see why it would have any impact on this.

Try to write to support, someone from P5 team might chime in and approve you though.
