Why can't I use my balance to purchase from other folks?

I have a balance on my account from recent sales, and would really love to use that to purchase from another member... but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Or is there, and I'm just not seeing it?

At this point it isn't possible to use this credit for purchases due to accounting/tax reasons. Please check back in the future as we are constantly improving our site, it might be possible at a later time.
