Hi am new with some questions :)

I have just got my clips online for sale ...ok all good.
But seems that i cant search/find my own clips on P5, also my artist page is not viewable...does it take a while for this ? And is it the correct way to put my selling clips in public bins ? or can i leave them in my private bins....and whats do these active bins do.

Also adding some of my clips online to my cart gives me the error .."clip not online"

maybe am a little lost here :)

seems only clips from "New Years Eve" cant be added due the error "clip is not online" but they are for sure online....somethin wrong maybe I did ?

I have watched your new years eve clips so they are online, don't know why it gives an error, maybe a small bug
It takes up to 24 hours to search your clips because they reindex their search index once per day.

Private bin is just for you, only you can see those bins, a public bin is a bin everyone, including buyers, can see.

if the not online error isn't fixed in two days, i would contact pond5

Server update takes up to 24h: that means that any addition/change you do to your clips/portfolio is not instantly viewable but delayed for a limited period of time.
