We are a Indie game company, and we are planning to buy 9-10 songs for out iPhone Game. We saw that some songs have in the 'PRO' ASCAP or BMI.
Our question, if anyone can answer it. Do we need to pay to ASCAP or BMI for the use of this music (after paying to pond5 off) on our iPhone commercial game?
