Yes, just add ref=username to get the referral working.

In firefox you can test this by
Menu Edit/Preference (or Firefox/Preferences on Mac)
Privacy
click "remove individual cookies"
enter pond5.com in the filter at the top
make sure cookie "pond_cookie_referrer" is set.

In the https://www.pond5.com/referral ref is set automaticall when you are viewing the page logged in.

In http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/pond5 you have a "username" field to the left. If you set this, the links will have ref set if a user clicks on a clip.
