Problems with uploading more shots at the same time

We have a problem with uploading our shots to the curator.
If we send him more shots at the same time (select all), we get a message: Failed to load clip data to verify their status.

Normally we can select more shots and than send them to the curator. Since today we must send them one by one:( That is not funny!

What did we do wrong?
Or is this an bug in the new Pond5 look?

Uploading or what?
You have to be more specific.

More specific? Is it not clear than?

We send the shots with Total Commander to my Pond5 account and then we give the shots the price, tags, etc.
After that we wil send more than 1 shots to the curator for approval.
But that is not possible any more.
Now we have to send our shots one by one for approval.

Do you know what I mean?

I don't have any problems sending multiple clips at once to curator, try to use an other internet browser

Me neither i really don't know how to help. Try contacting pond5 support. They will respond fast.
