Hey folks,
I got a message in my Pond5 inbox from a customer who had purchased one of my clips. He said that Photo JPEG compression was not specified in the clip details and requested an uncompressed version of the clip. Has anyone else had this issue?
The customer gave transaction ID# 650863. Comments from Pond5 staff would be great.

I suggest you use CONTACT US form and ask P5 directly.
