What are the regulations on using clips as editorial that you took in other countries?

Do you mean other countries outside of the USA? I would imagine the Pond5 editorial restrictions of use apply too all editorial clips hosted here regardless of where they were shot.

Just imagine that you shot everything in USA and you will be okay. You never now if the guy you filmed in places like Angola moves to the states and sues you.

It applies the rules of the country you sell your footage in. If you shot a peasant in Eastern Europe and sell the clip in the USA it applies the USA rules. There are many opportunity hunters: even if your model does not know his/her rights or what to do, there will very probably turn up a smart lawyer to enlighten him/her and sue you. I hope I correctly understood your question. Regards!
