Problem with the mail verification

In my Uploads section I have a message that says that i need to verify my mail but I already did it! Actually when i click resend mail, pops up a message saying that `this user is already verified`...
Also I upload some videos through FTP FileZilla and they`re not in my uploads section yet.
Are this two things related?

When I registered I had to additionally send P5 a link to an "online presence" of myself (in my case just a soundcloud account with 4 tracks uploaded) and a screenshot of my audio software before I could start uploading. Thats because of some kind of new security guideline they have added.
I would suggest to contact the support tho, they usually respond quite fast and try to actually help you.

It's just because your ID is not verified. Been there, about week ago ;)
