View All Untagged Does not Work

I click on Untagged tab and I get a short list of untagged clips. Then I click on View All Untagged clips and instead of viewing all untagged clips I get all my clips. Is that the way it should work?

Why not go to upload in your my pond and use write info in the pulldown and hit search. That will being up all your clips that need tagging.
