Pricing inquiry. why sometimes no WEB only 4H and HD?

After upload footage, in Pricing part, sometimes exist WEB , sometimes just 4H and HD.

How the system define whether it has a price for WEB?

There is no automatic price or down scaling for Web price at this moment. Pond5 ran a test to see how the Web option worked awhile ago and decided to pull it from their system. The Web price feature you are seeing is a remnant from that test and the option was never removed from the pricing field. If you want to offer a Web size format you have to upload that size yourself and set the pricing as you see fit. Then you can either leave a note for the curator to have that file associated with it's larger HD/4K counterpart or leave it as a stand alone file.
