I have been trying to upload my Timelapse Video files (Most of them are above 1 GB in file size) and it never successfully gets uploaded. I am using my correct credentials and it FTP connections seems to be established. Progress never goes beyond 10% and starts again and finally goes into the filed transfer.
After some time it shows "Retrieving directory listing of "/"" and then start over.
Really frustrating situation.
Can anyone help me here?

Hey TimelapseDreamer,
Thanks for writing in. If the FTP is not working for you, we suggest using the site uploader to see if the problem persists. (it's on your uploads page https://www.pond5.com/index.php?page=my_uploads). We also recommend plugging in directly to your router, and/or making sure your wifi connection is solid. You can try different FTP programs like Cyberduck, Transmit, Filezilla, etc. and see if you're still having trouble, or you can test different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, or others to see if the upload issues continue.
If you're still receiving errors after trying all of these troubleshooting steps, please send us a file directly at support@pond5.com and we'll be happy to attempt the upload on our end.
Cheers,
