Hi guys, I tried uploading a track but for some reason I got an ‘error’ message saying that it failed to upload.
I tried again.
Another fail.
Tried several times more - all errors.
Left it a day or two and tried uploading again and this time I get notified that I’m uploading a duplicate file.
Turns out all my ‘error’ uploads of that particular song are under my ‘Processing’ tab. About five of them.
Except they’re not processing. They’re just sitting there.
I can’t delete from that tab either, so I’m a little confused.
Any ideas?

Tried that, but their algorithms still pick the track up as a duplicate.

Uploading duplicates with the same name is one of the worst things you can do. I did it once with a video clip - it was a fierce fight getting it solved.
If not already done, I think you need to delete all files of that name and reupload all with different names. Even so I think I was haunted by the problem that should have been solved some time after.
