Would I need to delete my footage from Adobe before joining or not because it's a partner in the global partnership program ?

Yes you do, P5 will curate your exclusive clips and use some to sell on Adobe Stock only if you select the GPP option in your preference settings. You cannot have any clips on Adobe if you have the same clips exclusive on Pond5.
