Upload Not Working

I'm sorry if this has been harped on before...I didn't find any recent discussions...I've tried uploading audio tracks via the Java app and through an FTP client, and neither of those two methods are working for me...It seems to upload fine, but there's nothing in my "Uploads" tab or in my "Recent Uploads"...
What gives?

There is congestion now. You will have to wait several hours, maybe overnight.
