Still Photo off a video

Can you do a screen shot off a video you purchased and use it ? If not how would you purchase one?

My belief would be if you have purchased the footage YES you can do this.

yes but still is someone elses work.so even if its a photo ,still someone else shot the whole thing.it doesnt make sense
i am saying cause i watch this music talent show on tv and i made a sreen shot from the tv of the sexy female host and made it in black and whte ,,and posted it on twitter in their page,and it was removed

Emmanuelvarnas, that doesn't sound remotely similar to purchasing the rights to use something though. I agree with Auscameraman but to be sure just email Pond5 support. They are quick to reply and super helpful.

You should definitely check with Pond5 support. You purchased a license for a video, not for a still image.

i would say no as you are getting 2 different formats and paying for one
