Thanks for writing in. The Digital-Only license applies to a specific section of our marketplace where the "Digital Only" license is explicitly listed, which is typically Reuters or British Movie Tone News/Archival content.
Everything else falls under the "All Media License" in section 2 of the content license agreement, which you can read here:
