problem submitting template

I am trying to create a new template. I am filling out the form the same way I fill out every form for every template in the past. I made sure not to use any special characters in the title or description.

I am unable to submit the template. when I click 'save', it brings me to the top of the page. it gives no error messages.

it has the title marked with an orange star as a required field. however anything I put in the field makes no difference.

it does not give any error messages.

I made 2 videos demonstrating the issue. I will post the urls when they are ready.

the only thing I have done differently since I last made a template is to start using the new pond5 interface.
