Yes, downsized clips will be cheaper, based on an algorithm using the price you set for the original, highest-res version. You will be able to opt out of this if you'd rather not have clips downsized.

I wonder if this is the changes we will be seeing soon? A couple weeks ago we were told to watch for improvements ... just thinking ....
