Photos never get sold...

I posted a good 5000 or so images , romance indoor, solo warrior, gladiator themed stock... not a 1 has been sold yet.. been well over a month now... any suggestions or is pond5 not popular like some of the other stock photo sites?

It will take time. Usually 6 months for the first sale. I have close to 1000 and I have sold 12 photos and my first sale happened almost after an year. However the amount you earn is much higher and is worth the wait

yeah it's not really a photo site. However you can get pretty silly with pricing, you don't have that control elsewhere. I would have to sell 70 images on shutterstock to make $7, assuming they all sell for 10 cents, most do, one single sale here is far better than any other agency. I have sold images on Alamy for quite a bit $50, my cut was like $20 but like here those sales are spread apart. I imagine maybe 20k images you could make some decent cash after your metadata is indexed. I do sell images tho, on my exclusive account also but video is where the money is. I am a Stringr also and that my man pays well. If you had video of your shots, wow... you would make some nice money especially on Storyblocks. It will come. If I were you I would raise those prices. I have all of mine at $20, that is what they sell for, remember, pricing is the name of the game. Don't get bogged down in how Pond 5 displays pricing, just focus on selling and uploading.. it's all I do bro.
