Actually it's just like the rest of your personal property or business. It goes to whoever is in your will.
You need to appoint someone to that and then your estate would notify Pond5 and whoever else you sell through.

Do what I did and email support@pond5 and give them the name of the person who will be claiming your account. They sent me an email back confirming my choice.
This way all she (ex wife mother of my kids) has to do is contact Pond 5 or just let the money keep coming as she will also have access to my PayPal which is the main ingredient here, it is also every other agencies payout method. Just something to consider.
