Can I distribute my music to Spotify?

Can I release my music to all streaming services and sell it on pond5 at the same time? Since our agreement is non-exclusive, I should be able to distribute my music anywhere I want, right? Is there anything I need to be aware of?

I use my videos on YouTube but they are heavily watermarked and protected in controlled ways, not sure you can do that with Spotify. You can do whatever you want to do with it as you own the copyrights to do so but piracy is a real thing man and someone can rip it and resell it. Youtube is the safest way imo.

oh and as far as the song, do what Pond 5 does and chime in with an announcement from time to time, like say Subscribe or something. Just an idea

If you're not exclusive you can put your music anyplace you want.

You can put your music any place you wish, as long as you are not exclusive with anyone, and you own all rights to it.
