Sell After effects templates. Where do I begin?

I am already a video contributor and I want to start selling after effects templates too.
Where do i begin? I found no information aobout it at Pond5. What are the do's and dont's regarding this type of product? And what about the project's soundtrack copyright? Do I have to buy it or do I have to create it?
