Enter creation year?

It keeps asking me to put creation year on my clips... why does it matter? Please take this off P5 cats.

Maybe its important if the clip is a newsworthy clip...the only thing I can think of.

they are forcing it on every clip... let's see if they chime in and give us some insight.

I get the same thing, plus I can't add genres to my audio files any more.

Yes no more cathegories in new version, it's based on tags even in main menu. Year creation is little annoying in SFX and music - rather no practical use for it.
