Hey guys
Was wondering if anyone can answer me this question:
I want to use a video as a background on a website that I intend to monetize with google adsense or something similar. Is this possible legally? I want to make sure all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted before I move on.

yeah hey I looked at it but i just want someone to tell me in english if this is likely to be a problem... I want to use a video here as a background for a website, which i will use google ads to monetize....i just want to know if that's ok

Really the only ones that can tell you that is your lawyer or direct from P5. Send P5 an e-mail or contact form. The P5 legal agreement is the only thing that counts, other artists opinions are only opinions. Good luck.
