How to sign the new agreement ?????

Hello to all
A message is still displaying when i want to upload new files, saying Our Contributor Agreement recently changed. Please review the current document here."
So i read the new agreement but there is no case to click to be agree, so ????

Signature may not be needed. Continued use of the website may be all that's needed per the website Terms of Use:

"By accessing or using the public or private portions of the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use."

It has change many times about once a year .... agreeing is by default .... if you disagree you need to close your account .... there are no negotiations .... they are god and we hope this god is making the right decisions.
