I am an ex-pat living in Spain and have just purchased a sub 249kg drone can anyone post me a link to get an Operator's ID because I'm finding it so difficult to find anything?

I think Less than 249g and less than 80 Joules without cam you don't need it. As far as i recall registry is free.
