Multiple problems with the site

Here are my issues:
1. It doesn't save my credit card info. I know that some of you may think this is great due to security, but when you buy a lot of things, it's frustrating to have to put my info in each time.
2. In Chrome, the site is broken. I can't even click some of the lower music choices that intersect with the content on the page because the content starts to autoplay and makes it impossible to navigate the site.

Try deleting your browsers temporary internet files and cookies to see if that helps.

And aaaaaalso, even if you attach a model release, it doesn't show up. I contacted them but no answer. I'm starting to stop hoping someone will ever help me solve this problem...

Releases = http://www.pond5.com/index.php?page=releases
FTP = usually fixed by changing the number in your ftp client following the letter ftp, such as ftp1 ftp2 ftp3
When one is down, that is what I do.

Yup, I am familiar with that page. It says the release is attached, but when I click on the video it appears "model released: no"
