Newbie Question

I have submitted a few Videos for approval. used ftp ( Filezilla). Everything looked proper.

Using Windows 7 . And both Safari and Firefox.

I can not see where the files have entered the system .
Is There a long lag between me seeing them. Or am I looking in the wrong place ?

I am looking in UPLOADS and Mypond OVERVIEW . And see nothing there.
3 files seem to have just went into limbo.

Can anyone help ?

there is little delay, so after you finish your upload it can be few hours before your files will show up in My uploads page

In My uploads there are several pull downs use the Status pulldown and key on Write Info. Due to the queue backlog if your made it though the system that is where you'll find them.

Its been more than a few hours. More like 8 to 10 hours. I have sent a mail to HQ hopefully they can help.
