So, I'm not allowed to buy stock media using my earnings?

I tried to buy stock footage using some of my earnings, but I guess I can't unless i have a credit card. I don't own a credit card. Is there a way to buy with the earnings?

From what I understand the reason you can't use your earnings is because of IRS rules.

Can you not get a pre-paid credit / debit card?
