Previews cutting out

Just sold this footage. On my preview and edit screen it blacks out at half way. Anyone else having this problem or is it a site issue?

weird. I see it also on yours. I haven't seen it on any of mine. I have had issues with uploads doing weird stuff like this. I'll delete them then just resubmit.

In this case the footage has sold multiple times and has been good up until now.

No answer from P5 on this. Hope they can do a backup retrieval to correct the problem since it is a good selling clip.

Don, thanks for posting this. I'm seeing it too. I've downloaded it to see if it's just in the preview but it's the actual clip as well. Not sure what's going on with it, exactly. I've put it in our system and waiting to hear back from our crew about this.

In the mean time you may need to upload a new clip.

Dang, sure hope I don't need to re-upload. It has been good for several sales. I can try to find it. I sure don't want to miss sales or get refunds because of a system fault.

Yeah, I don't want that either. It is a great clip and I wouldn't want you to have to lose views/sales info on it at all. I'll keep you updated on anything as it comes in.
