Why don't I see my works on the "Uploads" tab? Does anyone else experience this?

I will speak from experience, sometimes the uploads will not show for a while, sometimes a day, it is rare but it does happen. Once uploaded check the "Needs Edit" column, if they are not showing up and if you doubt you actually uploaded try re-uploading one of the assets, if you get a duplicate warning then your files indeed uploaded. It's not something that just started happening, it has always been this way. Submission and curation times vary. Pond 5 has a very solid uploading and curation process and I have never had any issues. Patience is the key here. GLWS!

Hello, this has already been explained in some topics but just to clarify here a little better and try to avoid re uploading the clips with the consequence of receiving duplicate warning messages.
On the uploads page we have a status check bar where you can choose between "all, processing, needs edit, pending, online, rejected and returned". Keep in mind that clips may not appear in "Needs to edit" or "Process."
This happens because it may be in "schedule to process". Contrary to some might think, this information does not appear in the "processing" status, but exclusively in the "All" status. When this happens it is usually because there are too many uploads at the same time and that is why it only appears in "All" (without defined ID) but with the information that they are scheduled to be processed.
In short, before re-uploading the clip, first try checking the "All" Status to see if the clips appear "Schedule to process".
If things still don't appear then use the support email support@pond5.com
Cheers!
