LLC or Video as a business

Who here is an LLC, or owns a video company? I am looking into creating a business of my stock work, and wasn't sure how to go about it. How much is the minimum you have to make to setup a business? I am just looking for pointers right now, so everything will help.

I don't think you need any profit to run a buisness. Take a look at Wallstreet ;)
In case of LLC every country has different rules, usually you need some minimum start-up capital. Just google it ... I'm sure you will be able to find lots of basic info about starting up a businesses.

When I had my wedding photography and gallery business in New Orleans, I had a LLC created. I had to go through an attorney to get it filed. I think you can do it on your own but I wanted to make sure it was done right.
Cost about $500 as I remember.
I'm going to do the same here in Texas for my stock business.
