Editing in clips

I'm a video editor trying to do some stock. For me, it is very strange to put just one shot.
Like if I could shoot close-ups and general shots, they should come together in one clip so the buyer wouldn't need to search if he needs one. Is it allowed to upload stock with edited clips that include multiple shots?
