Support nonresponse

I got my W9 in by the deadline yet my account has been limited— my submit buttons are nonresponsive so I can’t submit.

I signed exclusive agreement for videos yet I can’t submit any.

My store is gone.

Support I’ve contacted 4 -5 times in past two weeks—finally one automated response on the 29th and then nothing no follow up or follow through.

This is unfair treatment

At least give me a reason why my account is such a mess!!!

I have never had any problems with Pond5 that’s why I signed up for video exclusive
