SCANDALOUS BEHAVIOUR P5

I’m leaving P5 and i have 0 tracks left on my upload page to delete,yet my storefront still has tracks on it which i deleted months ago.
No one can licence them but thats not the point,Pond5 is refusing to put these tracks back in my upload page so i can't delete or do anything with them.
They keep answering my tickets with stuff that has nothing to do with the specfic question and then marking it as solved.
I don’t know about you but i know what i’d call that
(it begins and ends with the letter T )

Pond5/shutter stock refusing contact and marking ticket as solved
Ignoring the problem but it will get worse
I've been blocked from this Forum to silence me now.
My remaining tracks has been took out of my uploads page deliberately by P5/SS so i do not have access to them.
The tracks has also been removed from my store front but they still remain on pond5/shutter stock system.
I've found my tracks on tiktok under pond5 's name and i can't even use them myself as apparently they are the copyright owner.What else are they doing with all the content?
