how to access support tickets?

I have a ticket that I need to check to ensure my reply went through, but there seems to be no way to access my tickets. can someone correct this site's intuition problem and tell me how to access my tickets? in the long run, I'm sure their response will benefit others who can't understand the devs' questionable way of conveying information like this
