Captioning Kickbacks - Curator Comments Nonspecific

I've uploaded 20+ clips and have had all returned due to...(curator comments):
"Editorial captions must include day, month, year, and geographic location information and a description. Descriptions, keywords, categories, and locations must be accurate, descriptive, and relevant to the subject matter, and must be in English. They should not contain any potentially objectionable or offensive language. Remove special characters or repetitive words/phrases and check spelling/grammar errors."
I've found this strange because I've supplied all of the information as requested in the templated online form.
Is there something I'm missing here? I find the "curator comments" very non-specific and not helpful.
Thanks for your thoughts!

They want that data as the description of the video. I put mine as the name too.

I had the same thing happen to me a while back

Basically what it’s saying is you submitted the video as Commercial, but during review, they found that the video needs to be submitted as Editorial (with date and location information in the description), so they returned it for you to make those changes
Likely they will do this if the video contains logos or anything they consider to be “uncleared”
They don’t tell you why it’s not approved for Commercial, they just give the boilerplate message they sent you and expect you to make the changes
