I am paying $70 a month for a premium package from Cox Cable which is currently 10mbit down and 6mbit up. I find that most servers are slower than my connection. However, since P5 uses Amazon I've had no speed cap issues.

Good prices, especially the 6mbps for 70$. That´s a blast if it actually works with the server.
As I mentioned, in Argentina you would pay 200$ for a 10/1 mbps ADSL from the most reliable ISP (only Internet). I would have to shoot about 200+ HD clips per months regularly in order to remotely think about contracting that one :).
