360 video queries.

Hello, i am new here and have a couple of questions about 360 video.
1. Should i reframe the video before submitting it or just add it as it has been filmed as the camera can be moved anyway?
2. Will the 360 video submitted only be used for 360 or will buyers take it and reframe it flat using their own preferred angles?
