unable to apply 4k Footage Templates to recently uploaded video clips

Hi everyone, I am having an issue adding a 4K template to clips recently uploaded I hope you can help me with. I have created a 4K footage template but I am unable to apply it to a newly uploaded clip. The "Footage 4k Templates' doesn't appear when I go to 'APPLY TEMPLATE' - to a clip - just the regular "Footage Templates' are given as options. Am I missing something? thanks in advance. Sparky

A template can only be applied is all the fields are empty other than the name. If you have already added keywords then the template will not work. I ran into that myself a few days ago.

thank you so much for getting back to me, really appreciated. So if I delete the keywords and save everything else in the template, I should be able to add that?
Shame as most of them have the same keywords, would have been very handy to just have them already there, not sure there is a way to copy and paste them.

no that didn't seem to work - what's odd is that when I go to apply a template - it just brings up the list of HD ones, and none of the 4K ones appear at all. really frustrating. it will take an age to do them all manually.

Once any data has been populated, even if deleted, template won't work. Bad programing.
