How should I interpret my statistics?

Hello. I started posting tracks to Pond5 in late August and, in that time, I've had 306 artist page views and 39 item page views, but no sales. What exactly do these categories mean, and are these decent numbers for someone just starting out? For context, I have 53 uploads so far.
