Edit clip needs new review?

If you edit price, keywords, descriptions or anything on an approved clip does it need re-approval again or does it stay on-line for sale? It shows awaiting review again but just wanted to clarify proceedures and the time to get them back on-line. Thanks

If you click the button "just save it" the status of the clip remain unchanged. "Submit to curator" submits it to curator (and takes it offline).

Are clips reviewed on a "first come first serve" basis?

Yes, as a rule it's "first come first served". But because we review multiple clips by an artist at the same time, occasionally some clips submitted at different times will be grouped together.
