POND5 Technical Support

I guess I am getting old. Yep. Anyone want to help out a GENX brother out? I have a pretty dated account and was trying to get some life back into her and upload some images and sounds. Unfortunately, everything seems to be stuck in NEEDS EDITS and I can do nothing on my own, it would seem, to advance them to the next stage of review. It's been about a week since I first created a ticket and crickets. I have one dupe file too that just keeps telling me I have a dupe but lets me do nothing about it other than wait for tech support to eventually do something. Anyway, appreciate anyone who can help in a positive way (no haters please). God bless!
