I can’t get money to my bank card

I have 760 dollars in my P5 account, I want to withdraw it to a bank card, I use Payoneer, a Monobank bank card, and the money seems to leave the platform, but is returned as it is, quote:
Pond5 recently tried to pay you. Unfortunately, this payment could not be delivered because the monthly payment limit and/or number of transactions set by the payment service provider bank has been reached. The funds have been returned to the payer.
I use several photostocks and money comes from other photostocks without problems.
The bank says there are no limits. Has anyone encountered this?
